SCHOLARSHIPS

Scholarships and tuition assistance are typically awarded for outstanding academic achievement, special talents, financial need or tribal affiliation. This funding is also used to cover other costs such as book rental, travel, lodging and ground transportation for in-person skills training. Similar to grants, scholarships usually do not have to be repaid after the student completes training.

Begin applying for tuition assistance immediately by clicking the APEC Tuition Assistance Application button below. Scholarship deadlines vary so apply early in advance of course enrollment.

After you have submitted your application, scholarship providers will send you notification of your funding in an award letter.

DISBURSEMENTS

No aid is released prior to the first day of instruction. Scholarships are disbursed as a single payment.

Additionally:

  • Refunds, repayments or return of scholarship funds to provider is based on conditions set by each scholarship provider as stated in their award letter.

  • Any refund or repayment calculation exceeding the amount of tuition assistance will be charged to the student.

  • Proper photo identification required for all in-person check pick-ups.
